Nutritional Therapy

A place to slow down, talk about what is going on, and learn how food can support you between meetings, school pickups, travel, and the rest of a full week.

What may bring you here / 001

You do not need to have
all of it figured out.

Sometimes you have a clear goal. Sometimes you simply know that something feels off and would like help making sense of the patterns.

01

Stress & burnout

Stress has been running the show, you are feeling burned out, or your energy no longer feels steady through the day.

02

Sleep & insomnia

You have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep and want to explore how food, daily rhythm, and lifestyle foundations may better support rest.

03

Mood swings & midday slumps

You notice mood swings, irritability, or a regular afternoon crash and want to understand what may be contributing to those patterns.

04

Unexplained weight changes

Your weight has shifted without a clear explanation, and you want thoughtful food and lifestyle support alongside appropriate medical care.

05

Inflammation & possible intolerances

You are navigating symptoms associated with inflammation or wondering whether certain foods may not agree with you, and want a careful way to observe patterns without jumping to conclusions.

06

Structured dietary needs

You are following—or have been asked to follow—AIP, Whole30, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or low-FODMAP and want help making that approach practical, satisfying, and nutritionally thoughtful.

07

A sense that something is off

You do not have one neat concern, but you want help looking across your food, sleep, stress, energy, and routines to find a useful place to begin.

If a symptom is new, persistent, or unexplained, I will always encourage you to include your physician or another qualified medical provider in your care.

The rhythm / 004

Here is how
it usually goes.

  1. 01

    Talk

We start with your story: what you are eating, what your days look like, and what you would like to feel different.

  2. 02

    Sort through it

We look for patterns and talk through a few practical places where food may be able to help.

  3. 03

    Try it out

You leave with manageable next steps. Then we check in, talk about what worked, and adjust from there.

Ways to begin / 005

Start with the amount
of support you need.

Every Nutritional Therapy package includes a follow-up, so we have time to talk about what worked and what needs adjusting.

01 / Focused support

One clear place to begin

An intake, one working session, and a follow-up. This is a good fit when you have one main goal or question you would like to work through.

02 / One month

A little more room to practice

An intake, four working sessions, and a follow-up. We have time to try things, see how they hold up through a normal month, and adjust together.

03 / Extended support

A plan shaped around you

A customized two- or three-month package for several goals or longer-term support. We will decide the pace together after your discovery call.

A gentle noteNutritional Therapy is educational and wellness-focused. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or cure medical conditions, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician or another qualified healthcare provider.
